We have an excellent ‘open aspect’ flat flying field (SW-NE) in the beautiful hills to the north of Oldham – easily accessible from Jn 21 of the M62

Our runway is 30m x 80m in the prevailing wind direction and is excellent for all types of models. Any IC models need to be noise tested and in line with the Government Code of Practice before being passed to fly.

Members & visitors are required to have passed a BMFA BPC or A Test in any discipline before flying solo.

We are happy to consider applications from considerate, safety minded individuals who enjoy being part of a team.

If new to the hobby / sport of model flying we can help you learn to fly on one of our new club trainers or develop our flying skills even further.

We can advise on what the best models and equipment are and where to get them from a at the right price.

If needed we can even help you build and set up your models.

At only £1.64/ week it is a bargain! 🙂 ……And there is no joining fee!
