One of Bedford’s longest-established clubs, BDAC has over 50 members passionate about building and flying radio-controlled models—from sports and scale to aerobatics and gas-turbine jets. We also welcome electric flight, gliders, and aero towing enthusiasts.
Enjoy a safe, friendly atmosphere with support and tuition for beginners. We’re BMFA-affiliated and encourage members to achieve A and B certifications.
Our flying site near the iconic Cardington hangars offers a well-maintained grass runway and year-round flying, seven days a week.
