Lovely genuine factory test run only engine ( beware as many cheaper clones now about as with most things RC these days !! ) which was removed from recently purchased big Top RC warbird ( sorry no box) as that will now be powered by a petrol FG90 -R3 Saito radial engine.
New alternative standard cheaper spec now offered on DLE 111..
Was going to install IT in my 1/3 scale H9 Cap 232 but due to age related health issues have now rectantly decided to seriously downsize hobby and sell most of my larger heavier models.
Genuine DLE 111 now priced at around £700 plus genuine onboard starter complete with ESC is around £250. I bought a cheepo starter a few years ago from an iffy Chinese supplier and one of the bearings seized up due to poor machining of bore and bearing then force pressed in !!. This genuine starter unit is perfect and turns over very smoothly indeed.
Total price of engine with starter would be around £950 and would let it go for a very reasonable £570 posted. Will remove starter if manual start engine preffered and then sell engine for £480 ono posted….see pics.

Will sell starter for £160 posted if engine is bought minus it…..I’m sure it could be adapted to fit other engines if you have the neccesary engioneering basic skills to do it.
