If you have a 2 or 4-stroke engine which has stripped 1/4 x 32 glow-plug threads, then I can repair them, normally within a 24 hr turnaround, by installing a solid metal TimeSert threaded insert. It is not a helicoil, though I can use one of these if you prefer. Just send the head and £20.00, but if you’re not comfortable removing the head, or just don’t have the time, I can do it for you for a total of £30.00 incl. p&p. but it will take an extra 24 hours.
