The model was built in 2021 from a Slec kit. It’s a 1/4 scale with a wingspan of 103 ins.
Built in an all balsa construction, covered in glass cloth and epoxy resin , with panel lines and rivet detail added. Finished with Klass Kote epoxy paint in a desert camo scheme of the full size WW11 aircraft. The model has a large two part folding cockpit with a lot of scale detail including a pilot and passenger.
The central section of the wing including the undercarriage has built into the fuselage with just two outer wing sections to be attached. Making it a very easy model to transport and assemble.
Servos are all high voltage with a mixture of Savox and Macgregor. Air main retracts and landing light. Spektrum AR 12310T receiver if needed. Powered by a Valach VM 60 it makes a nice easy to fly model. Dry weight is 15 kg.
