This sale is for a Multiplex Cularis is a 2610mm (8.6 feet) wingspan foamy glider. It has been built, but just needs the servo covers (supplied) and decals to be applied. It has full-house control surfaces, i.e. ailerons, flaps rudder and all-moving tailplane; electric motor. Great for both flat-field flying or on a slope.

Elevator and rudder: Hitec HS-81MG – 2 off

This model has been assembled, but decals have not applied and the sheet is complete. Servo covers are not fitted, but supplied. This model has been modified as follows.

1. The connection method recommended by Multiplex is to glue the wing servos in the wing root mounts with corresponding mounts in the fuselage. Because of problems with this method, particularly when in use for a while, where the connections can be intermittent, this model uses floating connections, both in the wings and fuselage.
2. As standard, the hinging of ailerons and flaps is continuous foam for the full length of that surface. This model has been modified where slots have been cut in the hinge, which reduces the loading on the connected servo.
3. The canopy has been painted a gold colour.
4. The supplied Multiple canopy clips have not been used. The canopy is secured with magnets. Two at the rear of the canopy with a matching two in the fuselage.

This model is practically a PNP type, it just needs the servo covers fitted, decals applied, receiver (Rx) of choice. There are 7 connections needed, so ideally and 7+ Rx is required. I planned to use a 3S 2200 LiPo (not supplied), which should be enough for a few burns to altitude.

If required, I can supply a Jeti Rex 7 receiver for an extra cost.
