I bought this engine brand new in the box. The engine was carefully run-in exactly in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and is now very easy to start.
Since running-in this engine has had less than 5 flights and no crashes.
I am selling due to a move to smaller model aircraft.
This 29cc petrol engine develops 5.8Kg thrust at 9000 rpm.
Equivalent power output as the SAITO FA-180 glow engine at 10% of the fuel cost.
Idle speed 1700rpm. Maximum 9000rpm. Fuel mix 30:1.
This engine is usually available brand new at around £ 720.
