Brand new Titan 45cc. Probably thee most dependable petrol engine range there has ever been. No batteries switches and modules with these which is a plus. My suggestion for which marque of spark ign to buy…… be guided by the best modellers in the hobby. I am thinking Mick & Jim Reeves, Richard Rawle et all. These fellows are building the finest models in a whole different league to 99.9% of the rest of us. With what they have invested in their models reliability is essential. Just open YouTube and type Richard Rawles Mosquito, third scale Spitfire, Reeves 1/3 scale Camel etc. Richard is using a pair of these Zenoah 45’s in his Mosquito. These guys could be using anything they consider the best and that’s my point. What they do not use is the common and cheap Chinese offerings your typical club “expert” will suggest that you buy.
That’s my thinking on the subject anyway. You’re saving £100 here.
